Mr. Wolf by Aron Nels Steinke
Mr Wolf, holding one of Bobby’s paper airplanes, asks why the airplanes are all over the floor. “Uh oh..” Bobby thinks. Next, Mr Wolf notices Chloe’s mess, saying “Chloe, your orange peels are getting everywhere.” Getting more frustrated, Mr Wolf tells Kaleesha to put her markers away. “Whose sweater is this?” asks Mr Wolf, visibly angry with the disheveled room, as the students all respond “Not mine.” “And who left this book out?!” Mr Wolf yells, holding up a book, as the kids watch in wonder at his outburst. After a moment of realization, Mr Wolf tells the kids to line up for math while thinking “Oh! Wait a second… I left this book out! My bad..”, too embarrassed to say that out loud.
