Small Word Rat sees a caterpillar eating a leaf above them and says A Bug! Big Word Rat calls it a caterpillar. Big Word explains that through metamorphisis it will become...a butterfly. Small Word Rat says it might be a moth. The blue bird says Lunch!

Mark & Zark by Dan Moynihan

Mark sits down in class as the teacher is writing on the board and saying good morning. A student with a blue bob whispers to Mark asking where Zark is. Mark says he doesn't know. The kid is surprised. She explains they are like peanut butter and jelly, mac and cheese and liverwurst and mayonnaise. Mark exclaims Liverwurst and Mayonnaise! Gross. The kid insists it is delicious.

Peter Cadaver by Stan Yan

Peter Cadaver is running towards a hole in the ground screaming that the carnivorous tree is missing. Belanie catches up to Peter and says he is silly trees can't walk away. Peter insists they have to find the tree, who knows what terrible things it is doing. The tree is relaxing on a beach sipping on a drink with a tiny umbrella.

Norma and Belly by Mika Song

The squirrels Norma and Belly are wiggling their arms in a dance. Norma looks sideways at Belly and asks if they should be on tik tok. Norma and Belly sit down looking very thoughtful. Norma says they would have a zillion followers and would have to dance for them all the time. Norma decides Perhaps not. And they start dancing again. Belly says we don't have a phone.

Bug Zapper by Tom Eaton

Bug Zapper is running through bugs attacking him. He has to get away and finds a building to jump into. It's a disco and bug zapper shoots a lazer at the disco ball above and it zaps all the bad bugs at once.

Long Tail Kitty by Lark Pien

A little green alien asks Long Tail Kitty if they can have one of the balloons they are holding. Then they ask for the red one. And the yellow one. Long Tail Kitty has no more balloons and the alien is floating away.

My favorite thing to draw (surprise surprise) is monsters!
