Mr. Wolf by Aron Nels Steinke

Mr Wolf is sitting at a table with a brown rabbit student and their adult rabbit. Mr. Wolf is looking at a paper and says that Emmy said she wants to make more friends. He asks Emmy the rabbit what is her strategy to make friends. Emmy looks down and says she looks for some one who doesn’t have anyone and asks them if they want to play. Mr Wolf’s eyes get filled with tears. Mr. Wolf says wow. Mr. Wolf cries. Sniff sniff. Emmy smiles and looks at Mr. Wolf. The adult rabbit puts a hand on Emmy’s shoulder.

Norma the squirrel is running fast. She runs part Belly and Little Bee who are eating a cookie. She is still running but her face looks serious. She runs back to eat the cookie with them and explains she never misses a snack.

Peter’s sister, Patty Cadaver is in school and in the corner some kid witches are smiling. She thinks maybe she should not have brought her pet tapeworm to school. The tapeworm sticking out of her face tells her it doesn’t matter what they think, it's what you think that matters. One of the witches tells Patty her tapeworm is adorable. The tapeworm smiles and Patty gets annoyed.
